At AdSoda, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our campaign operations platform, website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, job title, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe to our services. We also automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions with our platform. When you use AdSoda for campaign operations, we process campaign data, creative assets, media plans, and ad trafficking configurations on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our campaign operations platform, including creative asset management, media planning, and ad trafficking services. Specifically, we use your information to process transactions, send service-related communications, provide customer support, analyse usage patterns to improve our platform, personalise your experience, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities on our platform. These technologies help us analyse traffic, remember your preferences, and improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of our platform. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted or expired).
4. Third-Party Services and Ad Network Integrations
AdSoda integrates with over 50 third-party advertising platforms, ad networks, and analytics services to provide campaign operations functionality. When you connect your accounts from services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, and other platforms, data is exchanged between AdSoda and those services as necessary to execute your campaigns. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services connected through our integrations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Campaign data, creative assets, and related operational data are retained in accordance with your subscription terms and storage allocation (measured in GB·Hrs). When you terminate your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
